$XERI Another failed PR pump from the turdbags at Xeriant. The more they talk the lower the price goes. You should literally just shut the hell up unless you are announcing a signed contract with money changing hands or bankruptcy.

$XERI Another 11 million more shares added to the OS according to OTC markets the Dilution train is barreling down the tracks over at Xeriant. Keith and his brother have to get paid.

$XERI While NexBoard has achieved fundamental lab testing (like ASTM E84 Class A fire safety), builders' risk insurers and municipal code compliance departments often require an ICC-ES (International Code Council Evaluation Service) evaluation report or local code official sign-offs before panels can be used on commercial job sites. Gathering field-trial documentation is a prerequisite step to securing those broad approvals. This is all part of the current timeline.

$XERI Nexboard Eval Estimated Timeline 1. Sample Distribution & Intake: (1a) Weeks 1–4 (Early/Mid Sept 2026) (1b) Physical panels delivered to architectural teams, contractors, and regional homebuilder labs. 2. Initial Shop & Bench Testing: (2a) Weeks 4–8 (Mid/Late Oct 2026) (2b) Contractor’s test job-site performance: workability, cutting, fastener retention, weight handling, and compatibility with standard framing or adhesive systems. 3. Field & Environmental Exposure: (3a) 30 to 90 Days (Nov Dec 2026) (3b) Mock-up wall assemblies and job-site field trials will evaluate panel performance under real-world weather, moisture, and structural loads over extended periods. 4. Off-Take Agreements / Supply POs: Q1 2027 onwards. If evaluation scores are positive, builders sign initial supply contracts or volume purchase orders.

$XERI Given that commercial production for sampling (Nexboard) was initiated on August 31, 2026—and the subsequent weight-reduction optimization occurred on September 29, 2026—the typical timeline for hearing concrete field trial feedback ranges from late Q4 2026 to Q1 2027.

$XERI A little clarification about The1_Dude's post below... What has been submitted is not an SEC “formal complaint” against Xeriant in the sense that the SEC has brought charges, opened an enforcement action or made any finding of wrongdoing. It is a TCR — a "Tips, Complaints and Referrals" submission — submitted by an anonymous iHub poster (Quester614) asking the SEC to investigate his allegations. And, importantly, the poster himself has made clear that much of what he is submitting consists of questions, suspicions and theories that he wants the SEC to investigate — not actual evidence of securities fraud. Anyone can submit information through the SEC's TCR system concerning a possible securities-law violation. That does not make the allegations true. It does not mean the SEC agrees with them. And it certainly does not mean the SEC (or anyone) has filed a “formal complaint” against Xeriant. Those are very different things.

$XERI And still NO updates on the final production run that was supposed to provide homebuilders with samples to do their rigorous internal reviews of the product. 3 weeks since that last PR and about 4 months since it was certified and patented. These guys don't do anything fast.
