$ARR What an opportunity to get in cheap. My average is still 18.59, but I'm at nearly $500 a month. It's paying the bills and I won't complain. All of this is the bond market/interest rates. It will recover.

$ARR What is the bottom? This is a great buying opportunity, assuming the dividend continues as it has. I am looking to be a buyer soon.

$ARR Let's do the math, their advertisement on CNBC says they have paid out 2.8 billion in dividends since 2009. In 2009 stock was around 370 dollars per share. So at 141 million shares outstanding that would be equivalent to approx. $20 per share payout in dividends. Hmmmmm It does say only had 21 million outstanding in 2009 still that would make it approx. $140 (7x$20) if adjusted outstanding now at 21 million instead of 141 million. Still subtract 140 from 370 and you get 230 minus current price leaves you at a loss of $216 dollar LOSS on $370 investment over 27 years. 58% loss in principle and that includes dividends paid. That's best possible likely more loss than 58%, Not good. Going to keep doing same over and over with occasionally a bump when lending rates go down (not anytime soon my guess). Smells of Ponzi type scheme, imo.

$ARR Every time rates move up this reacts badly. My guess selling off assets to pay dividends or borrowing money. Either way not really a dividend but more of asset dispersion. Huge smoke screen to what really happening. If you trade this should trade like a leverage etf and get out if you time it right and it moves. I fed cuts rates probably start uphill run with dividends but takes back if levels out or raises. Ready earlier post on how much would have lost if owned it over time. Very deceptive.

$ARR I learned my lesson to always due research before buyng. Let's see their advertisement on CNBC says they have paid out 2.8 billion in dividends since 2009. In 2009 stock was around 370 dollars per share. So at 141 million shares outstanding that would be equivalent to approx. $20 per share....... payout in dividends. Hmmmmm It does say only had 21 million outstanding in 2009 still that would make it $140 (7x$20) if outstanding now at 21 million instead of 141 million. Still subtract 140 from 370 and you get 230 minus current price leaves you at a loss of $216 dollar LOSS on $370 investment over 27 years. 58% loss in principle and that includes dividends paid. Not good. Seems like a smoke screen to make it look good. Small Enron to me. Ponzi smell. It does have a chance to bounce if they start cutting rates but a dead cat bounce odds are.
