$ATLX This is probably one of the most overused pics ever, but it really does feel applicable to ATLX. We've come so far and we've been through so much with this company. It feels so close, that we can taste it, but I hope that if we do keep going, we don't strike a pile of cubic zirconia. Down, beat up and beleaguered, but barely.....

$ATLX Come on now! Exploration to production! Statements, engineering and installation firm hired, permits in place and ready to assemble. Send them the money and let’s get this party started already!!!

$ATLX You're conflating the market value of shares Fogassa still owns with money he's actually received. Those are two completely different things. According to ATLX's 2026 proxy, Fogassa beneficially owned approximately 5.7 million shares, representing about 20% of the company. The value of that equity isn't money he's taken out of ATLX; it's capital he still has exposed to the same share-price decline as other shareholders. Claiming he's “funnelled a third of the market cap into his own pocket” by including the value of equity he still owns is wrong and fundamentally misleading. Past performance explains shareholder frustration. It doesn't establish today's intrinsic value. Evaluating the company today solely on its historical stock performance ignores the substantial progress made at Neves. The relevant investment question is what Neves and ATLX's other assets are worth today relative to a MC of roughly $70M —not what someone who bought shares three years ago has lost.

$ATLX says written customer interest from large established companies exceeds its planned production capacity. It says it has written product interest exceeding the ~146,000 tonnes it plans to produce annually! The expansion permit was obtained in June. By September, ATLX reported 71% of direct CAPEX covered by executed contracts or firm agreements. Now, less than a month later, the company is physically preparing the plant modules and assembly sequence with its contractor. Confirmation of the $40M on favorable/non-dilutive terms will be the inflection point.

$ATLX this was at $40 M market cap during BMIX days. It’s now 60M with so much progress and licensing issues resolved.

$ATLX finally back in after a couple years away, going were close to the bottom and only good news moving forward, now it's time for lithium prices to recover.

$ATLX wouldn’t it be great if Atlas showed leadership by clearly articulating their plan. I realise there will be NDAs around some of the details but with Sigma Lithium destroying Brazils reputation as a mining friendly jurisdiction you’d think the leadership at Atlas would put their big boy pants on and update the market!!

$ATLX Regarding the $40 million, I believe Final Investment Decision(FID) and the release of the money (or at least a portion therof), are FULLY dependent on completion of "technical due diligence" by the two Chinese companies involved, meaning dependency on their chosen pace.

$ATLX If you are day trading this, then disregard. If you are investing longterm then understand that; Lithium is bearish right now. That is why I am loading the boat full. Buy when fear is at its highest. I am fully bullish on the 2030 decade for the lithuim demand to be exponential. I am not looking for peanuts for future investment returns. Lithium is the most efficient and effective critical element in energy storage... PERIOD.

$ATLX If we get a confirmed $40 million non-dilutive prepayment, that would be roughly 54% of the entire current market cap! The market will have been discounting a dilution financing event that didn't occur.

$ATLX Opened a small position with $20,000 worth of this today. Seems undervalued perhaps? Only 1 analyst rating attm.

$ATLX You have to say so much for blah blah pumps. I’m always skeptical of those buying low hanging fruit. And ignore market trend.

$ATLX I set aside a couple thousand dollars and I keep wanting to buy in at these low levels and then I decide to be patient and it falls a few cents more. I really don’t understand who’s selling at these levels? If you’ve been in from the BMIX days then one would think you’d be patient enough to wait another year till they produce. And if you bought after the reverse split, you’d probably be losing money.
