$ATOM It's amazing that retail investors apparently can't put these statements into perspective. Scott Bibaud is stating nothing less than that MST is being used 100% here at the Epic Center, and he mentions AMAT and Intel by name for the first time. This is either a deliberate breach of an NDA, or—and this is more likely in Scott’s case—he has permission from AMAT and Intel to do so. For anyone who still had doubts about MST’s success, this should be the final wake-up call! My prediction is that the stock will one day open with a gap at $12, $15, or $20 when an 8K hits the algorithms before the market opens. There likely won’t be another chance to get in at a single-digit price here. The days of high opportunity costs should be coming to an end soon, in my opinion.

$ATOM We are less than a month away from the 3Q26 earnings call. Given the positive GAA evaluation results with Intel, Scott seems to speak with strong confidence.

$ATOM Here is the simplest of facts. MST works across a wide swath of the semi industry and it works really well. Management accomplished that. We just need company to license it. Management can’t force that to happen, 3rd parties have to agree to pay a fee. Until that shoe drops we have to sit here and play solitaire.

$ATOM While there has been no particular news worth updating over the past two months or so, the two months required to receive the electrical evaluation data from the first customer for the GAA demo mentioned by Scott are nearly complete. Although the stock price has fallen significantly due to a lack of momentum, it will rise quickly once momentum picks up again. I expect contracts to begin around November, after the demo evaluation concludes. At SISPAD, in addition to next-generation DRAM, HEMT power semiconductors in GaN on Si will be presented. A recent industrial shift to highlight is the increasing importance of HBM bandwidth. As training trends shift from pre-training to reinforcement learning and rack systems significantly increase the number of GPUs per node, bandwidth has become more critical than HBM capacity. SemiAnalysis predicts that HBM customer demand will shift toward HBM 4Hi in the future.

$ATOM As I’ve always said, the biggest problem with this stock is the opportunity cost. On top of that, it’s nearly impossible to calculate this opportunity cost because it’s unclear when the first actual license announcement will come (tommorow or in 12 months?). As far as MST’s pure probability of success is concerned, I believe the risk of failure can now be ruled out. There are now too many indications that it is being used industry-wide in the future. Depending on the outcome of the first licensing announcement and the market’s reaction to it, a “moonshot” is a real possibility. A chain reaction of announcements could catapult this stock into the triple-digit range within a few weeks.

$ATOM ③ US 2026/0293623: Method for Making a Radio Frequency Silicon-on-Insulator (RFSOI) Structure Including a Superlattice Background RFSOI is the wafer used for RF switches in smartphones. Placing MST directly above the BOX (buried oxide) prevents boron in the transistor body from escaping into the BOX, which improves performance, and the thinner the gap between the two, the better. However, both available routes were blocked. The first route thins the top silicon of a finished SOI wafer and then grows MST, but thinning uniformity limits the gap to about 10 nm at best. The second route forms MST first and then bonds the wafers, but conventional SOI bonding requires long anneals above 950 °C, and that heat decomposes the MST. Existing techniques that plasma-treat the oxide surface for low-temperature bonding do exist, but they fluidize only a very thin surface layer, resulting in insufficient bond strength.

$ATOM MST-enabled wafers allow a vertical-DRAM access transistor to be built using a next-generation fabrication process that is much cheaper than what most of the industry is pursuing. The concept solves fundamental device challenges in 4F while offering significant cost savings through MST's precise doping-profile control. A TCAD simulation study has been completed, and results will be presented at an IEEE conference in September. $SNDK $MU $QQQ $SPY

$ATOM time for blueedge to weigh in on Scott's post if you don't mind. Lots of opinions we could use one more. I personally think our time has come and within the next 6 months there will be acceptance of industry-wide adoption of MST. Many years in the making but the past is the past and and now is the time to let the past go and look to the Future. Like another poster mentioned there could be an 8K before market open and the algorithms run it to 15 or 25. Two months later another big announcement and we're at 40. I have not lost the faith but I've lost a lot of money. That can change in a heartbeat especially with this one. Give me another name that has this much potential in the short to medium term, I don't think you can. GLTA. Darkest before the dawn.

$ATOM 's Future customers should be near finish line after years of multi-month wafer evaluations, fab integration tests, reliability/lifetime checks, and multiple learning cycles. Scott has no control over it till customers clears the deep evaluation and his hint suggest it's near.

$ATOM As stated- it does seem we're getting close to a lot of fronts and testing has to have been completed on some cases and near completion on others... question is, when will Scotty let us know where we stand? With Scotty's track record, who knows? I prefer to watch how the bigger clients react. At the moment, what I see is simply positional buying- retail just staking positions for FOMO. Volume, to me, is not strong enough in this recent ascent in pps to demonstrate institutional conviction i.e., known results...at this point. And, given Scotty's track record, I will take my que from volume rather than wait for Scotty to toss a Kamala-style word salad during the upcoming EC. Maybe he surprises us with a PR shortly, but I suspect, given the EC is only 3-4 weeks away, he will talk 'around' where we stand rather than where we 'actually' stand- hence my reliance on watching 'tutes interest and volume conviction. JMHO and worth exactly what you paid for it 😁

$ATOM , relevant if Applied Materials is the tool partner - Kioxia now joined the Applied Materials EPIC center. As you know, Scott claims a major NAND supplier needs the planar periphery solution atomera provides. Being that the solution was validated in DRAM, the major NAND supplier is likely to be a major DRAM company as well. If this is true, then this would help to add a second NAND customer. 🤞🏼

$ATOM , We already know, Atomera leases the Applied Materials 200/300mm chamber Centura and it is housed in the Arizona State Macro technology works where some of Applied Materials Technicians/Engineers are. $200m of the $270M was paid by Applied Materials for this r&d facilty/fab. Arizona State was admitted into the EPIC Center in May 2026. So far- no mention of the small micro cap Atomera joining anything. Today was the day Intel joined the EPIC Center. The Epic center is only 15 miles away from Atomera home office.

$ATOM It seems like the new structures for DRAM remove steps in the process which helps cut costs. Since there’s a road map to follow on structures, you’d think MST would get traction and the licensing fees wouldn’t be a hill too high.
