As there very could have been one, if not multiple bid submissions already but they only have to be name designsted bidders and release in a filing by Oct 13 I believe. If a bidder comes in with say. 100M offer cash plus another 100M on a contingency of milestones being reached retail makes money. Even after the waterfall for the collection of debts. With the example above of 200M if all milestones are reached.( More specifically the fda approval for at home use) I calculate out approx a ~1.5 per share price but this is just an opinion. And it will be interesting to see how it pans out.
