Blackstone shares could move approximately 2.4% when the alternative asset manager reports third-quarter earnings on October 22 before the market opens, according to Bloomberg options data. However, the stock has exceeded the move implied by options in four of its last eight earnings reports, highlighting the potential for greater-than-expected volatility. Recent reactions have been mixed. In January, shares fell 8.4% against an implied 4.0% move, while in October 2025 they declined 5.4% versus an expected 3.3%. In July 2025, the stock rose 7.3% against an implied 3.6% move. The most striking reaction came in October 2024, when shares surged 14.4% despite options pricing in a move of just 1.3%. Investors will watch the upcoming results for updates on fundraising, asset-management performance, investment realizations and the outlook for its private equity and real estate businesses. With Blackstone’s historical earnings reactions sometimes exceeding options expectations. $BX

$BX Reports Q3 Thursday before the open. Zacks consensus is 1.31 dollars EPS on 3.36 billion dollars in revenue, EPS down 13.8% year over year even as revenue ticks up 1.9%. The split is fees vs exits. Total AUM is expected at 1.38 trillion dollars, up 11.1%, and management fees at 2.17 billion, up 6.3%. Realized performance revenue is pegged at 682.2 million, down from 745 million a year ago, and Blackstone itself flagged realization revenue of just over 350 million dollars from July 1 to Sept. 22. The ZO Skin Health exit announced Oct. 14, 1.5 billion dollars to Galderma, closes in Q4 or early 2027, so it will not help this print.

$BX Bought some here. I think this is now severely undervalued. Breit is fine infact had inflows, aum is going up, eventually they’ll realize profits from their portfolio and distribute to shareholders. Good time to be long here imo.

$BX under 100 will be crazy. We topped right after 2024 Election, maybe we bottom after 2026 mid terms?

$BX BofA analyst Craig Siegenthaler lowered the firm's price target on Blackstone to $122 from $138 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm is adjusting its estimates and price targets for alternative and traditional asset managers ahead of Q3 earnings from the group.

$BX $KKR $APO all went oversold on my screener on the same day (Friday close), RSI under 30 on all three. BX 111.75, RSI ~26, -18% in a month, -31% over a year, ~32% under its 52w high. KKR 90.29, RSI ~30, -15% in a month, -29% over a year, only ~10% above its 52w low. APO 114.02, RSI ~27, -14% in a month, -8% over a year. The odd part: redemption requests at the private credit funds have actually been easing (Apollo ~16.8% to ~14.7% from Q2 to Q3, per Benzinga). So the selling looks like it's about something else: higher yields squeezing portfolio companies, and big data center commitments while a lot of those projects are getting delayed. Oversold isn't a bottom though. Nothing else on my screens has flipped yet, no momentum buy, no insider buying. No position. Is this a sector-wide entry, or is the AI infrastructure lending the risk nobody has sized yet?

$BX $ARES $KKR are all on sale. In the next few week, I plan to try to buy all three, I currently only own OWL and BX. BX my position is too small, so also in my shopping cart.

Blackstone Private Equity Chief Joe Baratta Negotiating Departure Joe Baratta, Blackstone’s global head of private-equity strategies, is negotiating his departure from the firm before the end of the year, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter. His exit would end a 28-year career at the investment firm. Baratta joined Blackstone in 1998 and led its private-equity business for about 13 years before taking on his current global role last year. He has been a key figure in major dealmaking and one of the most recognizable executives associated with Blackstone’s flagship buyout business. His potential departure would add to a series of senior leadership changes at Blackstone this year. Nadeem Meghji, who headed the firm’s real-estate business, stepped down earlier in 2026, while growth-strategy chief Jon Korngold also left the company. $BX
