$CVNA Successful short sellers are zeroing in on companies that are completely dependent on private‑credit financing & Carvana is front and center on that target list. Michael Burry (The Big Short) is advising a new short biased fund & Unicus Research who is already openly bearish on Carvana is pointing straight at the spike in private‑credit defaults, tightening lender terms, and the brutal pressure those trends put on companies drowning in debt. Carvana’s entire model still leans on expensive private credit to stay alive & that combination of massive leverage, fragile financing & no escape route is exactly why short sellers see Carvana as one of the highest‑risk setups in the market.

$CVNA 80 percent of cvna is financed through ally bank an securitization who are both either tightening lending 50 percent or getting out completely! Bankruptcy is now or Morgan Stanley as they said units must go down with market adjustment to actual worth ! Minus 20% is not enough considering how much debt has been pushed off for 2 years

$CVNA how in the world can anyone be BULLISH on this garbage. Even $GM is down almost 7% pre market because of guidance for next year's earning.

$CVNA "Carvana stock is climbing as Jefferies reaffirmed its Buy rating and pointed to proprietary data showing September unit sales running about 40 percent higher, far above what Wall Street currently expects" (utter nonsense and fraud)

$CVNA KMX had to sacrifice GPU and interest average is at 12% demand still there but at what cost? When defaults hit hard and consumer gets heavy pressure demand will fall off a cliff. Could be the last good ER this scam can scam with.

$CVNA more 144 forms filed by cvna president! Insiders dumping ahead of earnings and the lenders are going to cash calls meaning come up with cash or we will sell your securities! This is a disaster for the bulls

$CVNA I will join all the bulls after bankruptcy as dealers are piling against them and going smaller without debt at 2 bucks a share is definitely worth it

$CVNA NEW: Additional lawsuits against Mark Walter-linked insurers. According to the report, a lawsuit filed Monday is at least the third alleging that Walter-linked insurers misrepresented aspects of annuity investments. The litigation follows previously disclosed federal scrutiny concerning how affiliated investments were classified and reported. The lawsuits involve allegations against insurance businesses associated with Walter, including Delaware Life, Clear Spring and Gainbridge. The defendants dispute wrongdoing.

$CVNA this garbage dump of a scam company that preys on sub prime lending and misleading investors is worth more than double $NKE and even larger than $F The time will come for them soon I feel bad for their employees and mislead long term investors. $CVNA who tf is really buying this? its x10 carmax and has way worse fundamentals, that makes zero sense

$CVNA is a house of cards trading at a valuation that demands perfection. Massive expectations, debt concerns, and questions about the sustainability of its profits make this a dangerous game for investors chasing the hype. Eventually, fundamentals catch up with the stock price. When the market stops buying the story and starts demanding real results, the downside will be brutal. 🥵

$CVNA The laws of physics never lie: a roller coaster has to climb before it can come crashing down. 🎢📉 The higher it goes, the more potential energy it builds—and when gravity takes over, the ride can get ugly. Sounds familiar, doesn’t it, Wall Street? EPSTEIN CLASS 🥵 🚀➡️💥

$CVNA trying to muster some strength off the KMX beat. Would have been double digits gain a few months ago but starting to see fatigue. The beginning of the end is here.

$CVNA Stock analysts & investors focus on Carvana's unit growth while ignoring the engine that actually drives earnings: securitization. Remember, Carvana has changed its securitizations to heavy prime rates customers so they can report stellar loan performance to the market. Bridgecrest and Drivetime are now taking on more subprime customers & the tranches are getting more expensive to sell. Bridgecrest's expected cumulative loss assumptions increased from 27.0% to 28.5% in 2026 pools & the latest subprime ABS issuance required an astounding 63% credit enhancement to get the tranche sold. Higher bad debt assumptions lowers value assigned to loan receivables, more OC (over collateralization) traps more needed capital inside ABS stuctures & both reduce gain on sale economics. While bulls celebrate every car sold. I care more about the profitability of monetizing the paper after the sale, more costs to monetize = lower profits and margins

$CVNA Lower wholesale prices could allow Carvana to acquire vehicles more cheaply, potentially improving margins if retail selling prices remain relatively stable. suck it Pentium
