Financially it’s the smartest move possible and will save them a lot of cash being in the designated trade zone . 1.3 mil float makes this dangerous to have a short position knowing impending news is not if but when . $GP even tho its a proposed reverse split there are some positives. With all the shares Fraser owns and his recent purcases makes him nearly a 30 percent owner. So retail float will be tiny after reverse split. And he also signals the market that he reqlly thinks the market cap is way of when he buys and the propose split. I will just let my shares ride and see what happens. Just my own opinion not financial advice

She mentioned three times that she was going to leave ST prior to faking her investments in GP and Anna. Hell has a specially place reserved for you and anyone who defends you. $GP Just to be transparent. I will hold this, win or lose. I want at least $3.00 I have other positions making me a lot of money, especially crypto, so what I hold here is no big deal. Do what is best for you. Just as an example, I have $25k invested in NEAR, and I bought 70% around the $1.30 area and it is now over $5.00, etc, etc, so I can be carefree with GP.

$GP If ever a time for a speculative fairly risky microcap like this to succeed it would be now.. Texas declared diesel fuel prices a disaster and letting them use heating oil to stiff the federal government exise tax. Whatever is holding up the leda award announcement and full start up in Santa Teresa NM should sit aside and NM should make exceptions and get this business up and going there and make the purchases necessary to replace thousand's of diesel fuel dependent state trucks, vans, etc. Let's get going here.

$GP Today’s news is a good sign but the price won’t jump unless we see a binding contract with minimum vehicle purchases. This could either come very soon or much later. It’s an intriguing set up nonetheless. The fact that Invisible Urban Charging (IUC) signed an LOI with a financially troubled company is interesting as IUC apparently sees enough potential value to explore working together.

$GP just did the unthinkable. With everything happening here i sadly just sold at a massive loss. I was going to hold but tbh I've had enough of it. Gonna wipe this from my memory. The best of luck to everyone else whose in.

$GP made me good money years ago, but the situation has changed. Operating cash flow is negative, and now there’s a proposed 1-for-5 reverse split to meet Nasdaq’s minimum bid requirement. Further financing could mean more dilution. Personally, I’m staying away until cash flow improves and the funding outlook becomes clearer. For now R/S ➡️ Issue new shares ➡️dump➡️R/S and so on . Unless you’re shorting this after the R/S I would stay away .
