$LGVN The reverse merger valuation theory..... Recent reverse merger transacations of various companies below and the value given to their shells (net of cash). The median shell valuation was around 10m. If LGVN gets 10m valuation for shell and has net cash of (-5m) at closing, valuation of shell will be 5m / 3.2 OS = 1.6/share FLOOR for shell only . Add in value of laromestrocel at 5m conservative and you get back to 10m / 3.2m or 3.2/share. So downside risk from these levels of ~30% and upside potential of whatever drug is worth. I'm a continuous buyer at these levels.

$LGVN Don’t judge $LGVN solely by the ELPIS II results! Its Laromestrocel therapy for age-related frailty improved 6-minute walking distance by 63.4 meters versus placebo (p=0.0077) in a clinical trial involving 148 participants. $LGVN was among 10 teams awarded $1M in the XPRIZE Healthspan competition, selected from over 600 applicants. It has advanced to compete for prizes totaling up to $81M—a strong endorsement of its frailty program’s potential, though broader efficacy remains to be proven.

$LGVN For clarification on $LGVN: The insider transactions shown at $2.59 were not voluntary open-market sales. Shares were withheld to cover tax obligations related to RSU vesting. This may have contributed to yesterday’s selling pressure or been misinterpreted by the market. In my view, once this pressure clears, the stock could see a rebound soon.

$LGVN I’m not long but I would look for exit liquidity. The remaining longs tend to create a moment where they blow it up to get out. Look for that. NEGG RS then exit liquidity came and it went like 4.00 post split to 120 which was actually higher than my initial entry… food for thought

$LGVN A true investor is not shaken by negative voices or driven by fear and pessimism. Instead, their decisions are guided by research, knowledge, and conviction. They understand the difference between fact-based criticism and baseless fearmongering. Patience is strength, informed conviction is the foundation of success, and market volatility does not change a company’s scientific achievements.

$LGVN Well back to $1s didn't take long. Asset sale or merger isn't going to save the stock price. Seen this movie way too many times in biotech.

$LGVN this could be the field that boom like all the ai stocks did. Ai could enhance this rapidly over the coming years buying this could be like buying Nvidia at 2 bucks. I’ll buy 10k shares just in case.

$LGVN Well, mgmt wasn't lying about having enough events last cc. 31 MACE events is a lot...12 vs 19...could become a much different story with 9 vs 22 events...altho what's confusing is some babies account for multiple MACE events...however might still not matter with REF the same between the groups - that to me is hard to understand...the phase 1 showed unchanged REF...I'm going to assume historically hlhs babies deteriorate in REF within a year after Glenn (otherwise why run the trial)...so the question is did both groups deteriorate or did both stay the same...

$LGVN It's dead, with no cash today and no p3 running, you're out. It's a different word , the free money is gone for good.

$LGVN Per NewWires article on MarketWatch... "Longeveron also plans to pursue funding sources and revenue opportunities for the drug in longevity and aging-related frailty based on results from a separate clinical trial." This is the first I've heard of this.
