$PLX Forget Elfabrio and Elelyso. If Protalix at this point was only a PRX-115 play, Gout, being 1 year away from it's trial data readout (knowing what the first trial data looked like), no debt and $40+MM in cash - would it not most likely be valued more than it is right now? Not making a joke here. There are small cap bios looking for their first drug approval in a smaller market than the Gout drug will be in and are valued much higher the PLX. PLX valuation is insanely low.

$PLX Brazil’s regulator, ANVISA, approved Elfabrio (pegunigalsidase alfa) for long-term enzyme-replacement therapy in adults with confirmed Fabry disease. The approval was announced on October 5, 2026, under Resolution RE No. 3,880/2026.

$PLX I just keep reminding myself that every week that goes by means more patients on Elfabrio and, ultimately, more revenue. It’s just a matter of time…

$PLX BREAKING (in a BULLS dream): ) $PLX halted at $18.57 pending news. Twitter immediately floods with "just a router glitch" takes. Comes back 40 minutes later. Chiesi buyout confirmed at $24.36/share. Market cap prints at $1.96B. Bag holders become bag flexers overnight. CNBC pronounces "Protalix" wrong live on air. Some guy who sold at $2.40 "for tax reasons" posts a 47 tweet thread explaining why he's still bullish. Jim Cramer discovers the ticker exists, immediately claims he called it in 2019.

$PLX Running the numbers on what a real Chiesi or Sanofi bid for PLX might actually look like, and it's not one number, it's two different ceilings depending on who's buying. Core value: $612M royalty NPV through patent expiry, $558M in discounted milestone payments, $54M for Elelyso, $41M cash, and $60M risk adjusted for PRX-115. That's $1.325B total, or $16.44/share, the ceiling for a buyer with no other angle. Sanofi's different though, they'd add real value from ProCellEx as a second manufacturing pathway for their own Genzyme enzyme portfolio, plant cell tech that's structurally immune to the kind of viral contamination that shut down Genzyme's Allston plant back in 2009 and cost them hundreds of millions. That pushes Sanofi's own ceiling to $17.68/share.

$PLX Because of what was said at Morgan Stanley, there now seems to be a possibility of extending the once a month Elfabrio dosage option to the USA, where you not have the country by country approval delay present in Europe. As far as Europe goes, in less than five months it will be a full year since the decision, so the delay should be pretty much over by then. Plus we are approaching a major milestone, full enrollment of the RELEASE trial. And who knows, after nearly a year we may even hear something about Secarna.

$PLX Next huge catalyst is most likely higher royalty tier in 6 months! Besides 4 week dosing BLA filing in US! Plus 4 week dosing EU increasing revenues in EU and eating into Sanofi’s market share each month!

$PLX Rises above 2.80 - "Damn, why didn’t I buy more of this gem?" Drops below 2.70 - "Oh no… not again." It’s hard not to get emotional with this one. 😅

$PLX About 4 weeks until earnings. I'm curious if anyone has any interesting thoughts of what we might expect i.e. elfabrio numbers or anything else while we wait.

$PLX Cont'd: There's a second reason this fits Sanofi specifically, and it's not theoretical. Back in 2009, Genzyme's Allston plant, the one making Cerezyme and Fabrazyme, had a viral contamination shutdown so bad the FDA actually contacted Protalix to ask about emergency supply as backup. Sanofi bought Genzyme in 2011 while that mess was still being cleaned up, and inherited the exact same CHO cell manufacturing risk. ProCellEx is plant based, structurally immune to that kind of viral contamination. Owning PLX gives Sanofi a second manufacturing pathway for the same class of drug that already cost them hundreds of millions once. Add in the leverage angle, paying escalating royalties to your own competitor's parent company is an awkward long term spot for Chiesi to be in, which is part of why they'd want to buy PLX first and take the option off the table entirely.
