$REI This should be a case study for the ages. Was told my entire life one day of Strait shut down and oil goes to $120, a week $150, and multiple weeks oil was a lock at $200. This was the story for decades, yet here we are. Furthermore, how REI can sit at $1.30 in this environment and revenue intake is equally miraculous. I've been wrong here for a decade and continue to be wrong. But, I don't think I'm wrong, so I sit and suffer.

$REI well Q3 is in the books and it's time to play guess how much debt McKinney the con man paid off. Does he pull a fast one like in Q1 and actually borrow more or stick with the Q2 playbook and pay down debt via another dilution round? My honest guess based on history is that he pays $12-18 million and we get a huge increase in CAPEX just for a small increase in production or maybe he finds a completely new way to scam shareholders.

$REI McKinney probably forgot to mention that he also plans to increase the shares outstanding by at least another 30%. The share holder friendly companies are increasing dividends and buybacks with the higher oil prices, McKinney as expected only cares about increasing Capex and production and thus increasing his bonus.

$REI missed out on some gains, but transferred most to PBR so I am not crying. Q3 is finished. Headline calculations: 10 cent EPS, around 1.8 leverage are my expectations. Big downside: leverage is mostly down due to higher inventory (oil) level.
