$TCPC The news of SABA Capital taking a majority investor stake in TCPC hit the news today. They wouldn't have done so if they didn't see an opportunity. Anyone have a clue what their end game and strategy might be? I hope they can get some fresh blood on the Board of Directors and give management what's needed....direction. 
 
At the very least stop reading the balance sheet, income statements, etc and give us some of the reasons, rationale, context to decisions made and hints at trending opportunities and potential risks.
