$ZONE Looking at other publicly traded AI data center companies, many are valued significantly higher than As the company stated, one of the reasons for the 1:60 reverse split is to support its listing and attract a broader investor base, including institutional investors. My personal belief is that the reverse split could be setting the stage for major financing and deal announcements related to its Minnesota and Texas projects. If those announcements materialize, I believe $ZONE could see a very strong move, especially with only around 8.48 million shares outstanding after the split. Just my opinion. Time will tell. $ZONE

$ZONE CEO has a few days to request for an appeal, then once granted, it can take a few weeks and sometimes a couple months but lets hope not that long. we want to avoid being sent to OTC trading while we are being reviewed BUT most importantly the final outcome is not to be forced to do a reverse split, that is where Tyler and Alex really need to focus on IF they are really concern in having their share position lessen…

This $ZONE press release, the bullish i can interpret is that the company is focus on execution and if this is the case then this reverse stock split at the end of the day will not be detrimental because the SP will be worth more percentage wise… thats IF they can execute, so now we know its happening with the split, we hope in the hands of Tyler and Alex they can pull through for us, pay-tience is key…
