$ZVIA I will say, whatever my qualms with management over the stupid Cardi B deal, etc., Zevia remains an exceptional and unique product and it's selling like hotcakes in all of my local stores.

$ZVIA Hoping to see ZVIA break resistance at $1.50 tomorrow and I'd have high confidence in that happening (absent potential macros). I think there's optimism for Q3 and we're seeing that reflected in a gradual rise in SP to ≥$2.75 or so. I also believe Kanen and/or allies are stealth-accumulating shares to be in a position to pressure Zevia to make some much-needed changes. Hopefully CDP's ~10M shares are changing hands as part of this (as I suspect 500k shares did in a cross last Friday). If we see big changes from Zevia's board (terminate incompetent C-level management, end the misguided Cardi B boondoggle, form a Special Committee to sell the company/maximize shareholder value) all bets are off and the sky is the limit for share price (>$5).

$ZVIA I'll say it again: SOMETHING has to break with Zevia. Unless they are holding a "pocket card" in the form of a spectacular Q3 ER in early November, they need to do something to protect shareholder value. They could form the "Special Committee" demanded by Kanen. They could change up the management team. They could completely re-vamp marketing strategy. If the board won't make necessary changes then I expect the likes of Kanen and allies will FORCE change.

$ZVIA I will buy when this gets down to a $45 million market cap. Or they get rid of Cardi B. Whichever comes first. Publix ran a BOGO this week in my area and nothing was selling. And they had prime displays too
