$RCAT Report, Wednesday, October 14, 2026 It has been 8 trading days since I added this particular stock to the "friends and family" portfolio that I manage. Along with ONDS, I consider it one of the best companies in the American drone industry—with even greater upside potential, given that it has nearly four times fewer shares outstanding, making it more sensitive to price appreciation. The investment is currently down nearly 27% from the initial purchase price, which averages out to a daily decline of 3.5%—truly insane. It is painful, of course, but it is ultimately just a market quirk. The market—that uniquely irrational and unstable entity—is once again writing a chapter that feels like science fiction. Based on today’s closing price, the market is effectively betting that, come November, the company will miss earnings expectations—forecasting a GAAP loss per share of -$0.56 and an adjusted loss of -$0.48. This is completely absurd; it reflects a version of the company from years past—a company that has since evolved significantly for the better and, in reality, no longer exists. On the daily chart, the 14-day RSI sits at 17.41. Just 26 days ago, the prominent research firm Northland Securities—through one of its star analysts, Michael Latimore—reiterated a "Buy" rating on the stock, setting a price target of $13 per share. This implies a potential return of +150%—or a 2.5x gain on the investment. And just today, October 14, 2026, Evercore ISI reiterated its "Buy" recommendation with a price target of $15 per share—representing a potential return of +218%, or a 3.18x gain on the initial investment. The stock is cheap, the investment thesis remains unchanged, the "weak hands" are being shaken out, and it is time for this stock to take off. For me, the most significant catalyst is the presence of "Adaptable Unmanned Maritime Systems"—developed by Blue Ops, a subsidiary of Red Cat Holdings—in the waters off Naval Station Guantanamo Bay. These are the very systems likely to patrol the Caribbean in the years to come. Furthermore, Red Cat’s proven technologies—including those from Red Cat Aerial, Quaze, and Apium Swarm Robotics—are delivering excellent results across multiple fronts and regions globally. A month from now—on November 13th—I’ll be back here to laugh at the bears and the short sellers and thank them for helping me secure an excellent potential return in just over a month. It looks like a Widow controller but I cannot be sure. No mention of RCAT or any other of the small drone makers in the article, just pointed out how the heat messed them up.

$RCAT Correction to my earlier comment — I was mixing up Black Widow and FANG. 🙄 Black Widow is RCAT's surveillance/reconnaissance platform. FANG is the strike drone that competed in Gauntlet II. My point was that losing Gauntlet II doesn't diminish Black Widow's separate Army SRR position. As for FANG, I'd like to know exactly what kept it from winning before assuming the technology is inferior. Two different drones, two different missions.
